Ideal profile:

  • Turkish language (verbal and written proficiency)
  • Customer oriented person
  • Excellent communication skills (active listening)
  • Quick learner



  • Answer inbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide solutions to technical issues and create brand engagement
  • Perform administrative changes in our communication tools, based on information provided by the client
